The new 6000 series of Anilam controls brings a major change in performance to the Anilam family.   This control comes to us a complete package consisting of a new processor unit which is based on Heidenhain components, and comes out of the Heidenhain production along with Heidenhain digital servo systems.

The performance increase of this system is in the order of 3 to 4 times faster giving feed rates in full 3 axis contouring in the range of 300 to 400 IPM. and rapid traverse rates up to 1440 IPM. On our new FLG-22 linear guideway machine this control runs the famous Mercedes-Benz test part at 350 IPM without gouging.  Roughing passes can run at 400 to 425. IPM

We have several machines in the field with these systems on them, in some cases sitting side by side with machines that we built earlier with Anilam 5000 systems, and the speed, finish and accuracy in mold type operations is dramatic.

All this has been done behind the scene so to speak. The operator interface, and programming has not changed. The Anilam user friendly interface that so many customers love, is the same as they have been accustomed to.
