Here are views of the 5-GL-CNC with the Anilam 5300 CNC. This is a 2 axis machine. To see a machine with the Z axis quill kit installed, making it a 3 axis machine, click here. The 5-GL-CNC models have Yaskawa vector drive heads giving fully programmable variable speed drives and CNC tapping. We have recently made them available with your choice of direct drive or back geared heads. The direct drive head has 2 speed ranges available with a step pulley / timing belt giving top speeds of 4,000 and 6,000 rpm. Optionally we have a back geared drive that give 15 to 750 and 100 to 6,000 rpm. |

Space Saver Version This is actually a picture of a 4-G but it will serve to show the optional new design of the X axis motor mount. This new model with floor-space saving design is available with a standard or shorter table and has the X axis motor mounted in front of the table, under the black chip guard The shorter 42" table version saves 22" of floor space and still approx. 24" of X axis travel.
