Dalian CKE Flat Bed CNC Lathes


Here is the first picture of one of our Dalian CKE lathes with the Anilam 4200-T CNC control.  It was taken while Jeremy and Ryan were visiting the factory to inspect and test these machines before shipping to Canada.  They are in stock now with both Fanuc and Anilam controls.

The Fanuc controlled machines in our stock have dual handwheels on the apron like
those on the Anilam controlled machines pictures at the top of this page.

• Choice of high speed direct drive headstock or high torque geared headstock.
• Geared headstock models have fully automatic hydraulic gearshift. 
• Operator slides independently of the lathe carriage and can be moved to the most convenient position for the operator. 
• Choice of manual quick change toolpost,  4 position vertical axis or 6 position horizontal axis automatic electric toolposts.
• Hydraulic or pneumatic chucks are optional.
• Hydraulic or pneumatic tailstocks are optional.

Inch specifications are rounded off.  Metric specs are accurate.
Most sizes are stocked for fast delivery !

The operator console. Two handwheels for X and Z allow instinctive manual positioning.  A traditional style lever on the lower right side of the console for spindle forward, stop and reverse when in manual or teach-in mode.
Above the lever is access to the floppy disk drive and RS-232 and network connections.
