| The main motion of CNC horizontal machining centers is driven by a two speed geared transmission system to increase torque of spindle. The spindle bearings are imported to provide the spindle with high speed and good rigidity. Machines with higher speed of spindle are supplied with cooling unit to control spindle bearing temperature. Two kinds of rotary worktable are available. An indexing rotary table or NC rotary table. The NC rotary table has an angular encoder for direct measurement for high accuracy. The automatic two position pallet changer is standard to reduce operator time and increase efficiency. The machine is equipped with square-type hardened slide ways to ensure high stiffness and long service time of the machine, and linear rollers of high rigidity are provided for higher speed travel. |
