Hansford Parts And Products, manufacturer of the well-known Hansard Die Handler, offers a new labor-saving device to load and unload dies under power.  This cart has battery power to raise its platform, as well as push and pull die sets, on and off presses and storage shelves.  This cart is manually moved around, and eliminates the back strain experienced by manually pushing and pulling die sets onto and off of fork lift trucks, presses and shelves.


FEATURES:
  • 1000 lbs. or 2,500 lbs capacity at 18" load center.
  • Platform is welded unitized construction for strength and safety and can have 3 rows of rollers, full width rollers or high impact plastic deck.

  • Roller lift chain with over 9000 lbs. yield.
  • Floor lock is standard.
  • 2 wide phenolic wheels are standard.
  • Acrylic safety shield provides operator with   unobstructed vision.
  • Includes a heavy-duty deep-cycle battery and a 10 amp automatic built-in charger.
  • Safety bypass valve to prevent overloading on vertical lift
  • Safety clutch to prevent overtravel on push - pull device.
  • All units exceed ASME B53.10 and ANSI Z535 specifications.
