| 12" x 50" table 32" x 16" travels 7 1/2 to 15 Hp vector drive head with your choice of back geared or direct drive. Gearless heads have two speed ranges set by shifting the belt on the motor pulley. 75 to 4,000 for higher torque and 100 to 6,000 rpm. . Back geared ranges 15 to 750 and 75 to 6,000. # 40 taper spindle can accept #40 milling machine, Cat-V-40 or BT-40 CNC tooling hardened and ground X and Y axes with Turcite counterslide on saddle power feed on table central lube Weight approximately 3,750 lb .These vector drive heads were developed in house for Bridgeport R-8 machines and this heavier machine. Hundreds have been sold as a replacement head for older Bridgeport's and Taiwan made Bridgeport clones. Above is the VF version of this machine. It has CNC style servo feeds on X and Y axes giving independant variable feeds on each, plus rapid traverse. It also has a rapid traverse on the knee elevation. Digital readout is standard equipment as well.
