Cyclematic CTL-27-EVS

High Speed Precision Second Operation and Fininshing Lathe

The Cyclematic CTL--27-EVS precision second operation and finishing lathe shown with optional 4 way toolpost.
 The Cyclematic CTL-27 is a precision lathe with inserted hardened and ground steel dovetail bed like the original Hardinge DV59.

The spindle is a standard 5C collet with a manual, lever operated collet closer. This version comes with a tailstock and compound cross slide. The spindle drive is an electronic variable speed drive with an American made vector drive installed and tuned in our shop. This drive removes the vibrations induced by variable speed pulley drives and reduces the number of moving parts and the necessary maintenance.

This model does not have power feeds or thread cutting capability. See the CTL-618 for a model with these features.
