  FEATURES: » Heavy duty geared head; hardened and ground gears. »12 steps spindle speed 45-1800r.p.m. shifts in geometric progression. » Spindle is supported by two precision taper roller bearings and spindle nose is hardened and gear. » Bedways with induction hardening and precision grinding. » Main motor 3HP(2.2kw) / three phase.   220/1/60 optional » Feed shaft equipped with overload slipping clutch can protect against overload strike. » Foot brake gives rapid breaking. » Chip tray able to be pulled out makes chips removed easily. » Emergency stop switch is equipped on the front of headstock. » Jog button switch makes gear engagement and inching spindle easily. » Extra safety switch shuts down machine entirely to change belt or gears.
