| The FBS-1200 is
a powerful, rugged, high speed band saw machine. It is a completely hydraulic machine with speeds fully adjustable 20-50 kg/cm. Blade speed is infinitely adjustable to 90 M/min.And are read out on an electric tachometer. It with ideal wheel motion detector. This device not only protect the saw blade from damage if the blade overloads during cutting, but will also shutoff the machine if the blade should break. The blade tension and the post elevation are applied hydraulically. They make guide arm positioning fast and easy to a maximum height to 505 mm. Coolant is applied to the work directly through the upper guide block. Cutting time counter can be used a guide to know when the saw blade need to be replaced. Ammeter indicates the current flowing through the blade drive motor and is used as a guide to know the condition of the cutting operation. Chip Conveyer automatically carries out the chips which have accumulated in the machine. Laser marking unit emits a red laser beam on the work feed table. Allgnment of the line scribed on the workpiece with this beam line facilitates accurate positioning of the workpiece. |
