    Hauerwas Doppelex Mobil

A portable grinding and lapping machine
for the reconditioning of surfaces on slide valves and flanges,
in stable and mature design for continuous duty service
    with synchronously running double eccentric
    and telescopic machine arm.

The DM series are portable machines, operational in any position, with synchronized running double eccentric.

All Doppelex Mobil machines are equipped with a telescopic machine arm so that mounting of the machines on casings housings in confined position presents no obstacle.

The lower part of the telescopic machine arm can be revolved by 180° enabling both sides of the slide valve sealing to be machined without changing the mounting of the machine.

Between the portable and stationary Hauerwas machines the grinding and lapping accessories are interchangeable according to the possible working range.

    Working Range:

Doppelex Mobil DM 2 for valves DN 80 - 450 mm
In extended working range for valves up to DN 600 mm

    Design, Performance: Portable machine,
operational in any position, with synchronously running double eccentric adjustable from 0 to 15 or 0 to 20 mm, respectively, resulting in an oscillating circle of 0 to 30 or 0 to 40 mm, respectively. The upper eccentric drives the machine arm and ensures lateral alignment of the lapping and the grinding discs in the slide housings; the lower eccentric presses the discs against the workpiece and can be adjusted forwards and backwards.

Drive: compressed air drive motor 6 bar

Accessories: 1 machine arm with bevel gear, for grinding and lapping of sealing faces, particularly of stellite faces and grinding of surfaces of brass, bronze and stainless steel with a scale for setting the submerging depth in centimeters, telescopically adjustable downwards for the submerging depth. Pendulum joints for receiving the grinding and lapping discs.
4 keys or spanners, 2 operating instructions with drawings

Paint: color Red, RAL 2002. - extra charge for special colours
Techn. Data: as set out in general brochure.
The machine fulfills CE - VGB 4 -
noise emission as per DIN 45635

The stability and the design of the machine guarantees highest contact pressure of the working disc on the seating even by working depths of up to 1210 mm.
