This is one a the family of Dalian CNC teach lathes. It is equipped with the Fanuc Oi control.  About the end of this year we will have a selection of these with the control.

It features a high torque 3 or speed headstock with automatic hyydraulic gearshift, OR a direct drive high speed headstock..

The models coming for our stock will have traditional horizontal automatic indexing turrets rather that the vertical turret shown. Ours will also have dual handwheels on the operator carriage which slides independently of the machine carriage.

Best count I can  make out is 4 rows of about 30 to 35 lathes each plus about 20 finished machines in the short middle row.

Looks like 140 to 160 machines under assembly at once.

We have a few of these coming late August / early September with Fanuc controls.  We are hoping to have some available with Anilam controls later this year.

There is a separate assembly area for horizontal machining centers.  The vertical machining centers are available with the famous IBAG high speed spindles.

A separate division of Dalian actually make these IBAG spindles for IBAG.
